Pizza & Sourdough Bread Workshop

In our nearly 5-hour workshop, you will learn a method that allows you to easily make incredibly delicious, everyday-optimised sourdough bread / pizza at home.

Double workshop

This nearly 7-hour double workshop is for those who want to go beyond the basics and gain confident knowledge, a clear system and practical everyday solutions. We recommend this option primarily for those travelling from further away, as it allows you to attend both workshops in a single trip.

About Us

Pizza baking has been an integral part of our lives since the beginning of our marriage in 2016. It is a tradition for us to welcome guests with the smell and taste of freshly baked pizza whenever we can. Our background in research has driven us to develop home-applicable ingredients, recipes and baking methods in an increasingly traditional, healthy and delicious direction. Through extensive reading, experimentation and practice, as well as acquiring professional equipment, pizza baking has become our passion. Drawing on our experience in teaching, we now want to share the knowledge that enables anyone with a little dexterity and perseverance to make pizza at home that is more delicious and healthier than anything they can order.

We Work with Quality Ingredients

At our workshops, we use only premium, natural ingredients:

  • Doughs made with Italian Caputo flours,

  • 100% Italian Polpa tomatoes,

  • Sale Marino Fino sea salt and extra virgin Coppini olive oil,

  • Carefully selected cheeses (Grana Padano, Szarvasi Mozzarella) and toppings (Csabai and Gyulai sausages),

  • For our pizzas, we serve high-quality ham freshly sliced from the whole cut – offering a truly rich and juicy flavor, without additives,

  • as well as natural sourdough free from additives.

We select every ingredient with the same care and dedication that we put into making our pizzas and bread: with passion, love, and respect for tradition.
